Presentation

Transient left facial and upper limb weakness for a few minutes. History of stroke 5 years ago.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female
ct

Age-related changes of cerebral atrophy and cerebral small vessel disease. Two small hypodensities likely old infarcts are seen in the left corona radiata. No recent established territorial infarction or intracranial hemorrhage is seen. Incidental finding of persistent metopic suture associated with hypoplastic left frontal sinus. Left concha bullosa.
