There is a 20*22 mm well-defined mass within the right parotid gland superficial lobe.
The mass shows an iso-signal intensity to the muscles on T1WI, high signal intensity on T2WI, and heterogeneous enhancement following IV contrast.
On DWI, it appears of high signal with high ADC (no restricted diffusion).
The left parotid gland appears normal.
No cervical lymphadenopathy.
Case Discussion
Features are characteristic of a pleomorphic adenoma which was subsequently excised and confirmed histologically.
