An 18 mm hypoattenuating lesion is present at segment III of the liver which shows no obvious enhancement on post contrast images most consistent with cyst.
Case Discussion
The finding consistent with porcelain gallbladder which refers to calcium encrustation of the gallbladder wall. Patients are usually asymptomatic, and porcelain gallbladder is usually found incidentally on plain abdominal radiographs, ultrasound, or CT images.
