CT obtained 4 years earlier demonstrates a right apical lung cancer, that went on to be treated with surgery and radiotherapy.

Fibrotic changes and opacities suggestive of radiation pneumonitis. The right apical lung tumor has reduced in size.

The affected region has a straight lateral edge in keeping with post-radiation fibrosis. It has become more pronounced with additional volume loss and traction bronchiectasis. The lung mass is no longer visible.
Case Discussion
Right apical bronchogenic carcinoma treated with radiotherapy with resultant radiation pneumonitis followed by fibrosis.
