Presentation
Blunt trauma to anterior leg 4 months earlier, presents with non-painful fluctuant swelling locally
Patient Data
There is an anechoic collection in subcutaneous plane of proximal leg on anterior aspect. It is close to the tibial cortex but does not abut it. It is compressible. There is a well-defined thin wall (pseudocapsule) around the lesion. without Doppler flow in the wall. Collection shows a thin septum along with a fat lobule.
- craniocaudal: 10 cm
- transverse: 5 cm
- anteroposterior: 1.5 cm
Case Discussion
