Presentation

History of slip and falls on an outstretched hand in the bathroom, on examination there is pain and swelling over the right elbow with deformity after the patient falls over it with an outstretched hand, no open injury, peripheral pulses intake, no neurological deficit detected.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Posterior dislocation of the right elbow with marked deformity. 

No clear fracture is seen.

Control X-ray post reduction.

x-ray

The X-ray shows normal alignment after the elbow has been reduced.

No clear fracture is seen.

Case Discussion

The dislocation reduction was achieved in our center in the ER department.

The X-ray was done after relocation showed good results.

The coronoid tip and radial head appear intact.
