Index finger injury following a basketball practice.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Radial and dorsal dislocation of the index finger (second) PIP joint.

Soft tissue swelling. No acute fractures.

Mild degenerative changes of the fifth DIP.
