Presentation

Acute shortness of breath, post AVR.

Patient Data

Age: 62
Gender: Female

Multiple embolisation coils noted in both lungs.

There are also numerous pulmonary nodules seen, some of which are associated with a tubular opacity (likely enlarged draining vein). These are most likely AVMs.

Note also made of prosthetic aortic valve.

Negative study for PE.

Multiple embolisation coils noted. There are also multiple non-coiled pulmonary AVMs. 

No evidence of associated pulmonary haemorrhage.
