Marked pulmonary vascular dilatation of both the pulmonary arterial and venous systems bilaterally. Dilated vessels extend into all lobes of both lungs, with extension of the dilated vessels to the lung peripheries. Findings are consistent with multiple pulmonary arteriovenous malformations.

Multiple endovascular coils are noted within the left lower and right mid and lower zones, consistent with previous AVM coil embolisation.
