A well-defined T2 hyperintense T1 hypointense non-enhancing cystic focus is noted in the midline location between the anterior and posterior pituitary gland region.

Case Discussion

Rathke cleft cyst is a well defined non-enhancing midline cyst in the sella, located between the anterior and intermediate lobes of the pituitary.
