Jumped 10m from balcony following recreational drug use.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

L2 vertebral compression fracture.

Short segment ileo-ileal intussusception.

Low attenuation in the natal cleft.

Heterogeneous low attenuation structure in natal cleft. 

(Wearing briefs.)

Case Discussion

Multiple drug-related findings:

  • Vertebral fracture sustained during attempt to avoid arrest
  • Ileo-ileal intussusception likely caused by marijuana and/or narcotic use
  • Drug packet in natal cleft.
