Double contrast barium enema shows abnormal long colon with twists and loops more prominent at transverse and descending colon.
Case Discussion
Redundant colon is a common cause of constipation. Early detection plays a preventive role from serious complications like diverticulosis. Barium enema is a safe and fast method to detect redundant colon.
