Patient Data
Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
From the case:
Renal milk of calcium cyst

A scout image reveals a rounded radiopaque lesion located in the left hypochondrial region. A CT scan shows a left-sided renal cyst with dependent high density content; the cyst isn't communicated with PCS consistent with milk of calcium renal cyst.

The image reveals a high attenuation value of the cyst content in comparison to the cancellous bone of the vertebral body.
Case Discussion
Renal milk of calcium cysts can mimic renal stones on radiographs and angiomyolipoma on ultrasound, so careful evaluation should be done.
