Complaint of pain in the right hand after a history of a slip and fall at work. Clinical examination: tenderness in the right hand, 5th metacarpal base.

A comminuted fracture of the right 5th metacarpal base is present. There is intra-articular extension.
Soft tissue swelling is noted.
Case Discussion
There is no significant displacement of fracture in this patient. It is called a Reverse Bennett fracture
