well-defined extra-axial dural-based right frontal mass
isointense to gray matter on T1 and T2
causing a mass effect in the form of midline shift (7mm) and compression of the ipsilateral lateral ventricle
shows avid homogenous enhancement
associated with oedema in the right frontal lobe
Case Discussion
MR signs of extra-axial tumour seen in this case are CSF cleft and white matter buckling signs.
This patient is going to undergo a craniotomy.
