Incidental note is made of right sided aortic arch.
Case Discussion
A right-sided aortic arch is a congenital anomaly in which the aortic arch, arises from the right side of the heart instead of the left side. This is a relatively rare condition, occurring in around 1-2% of the population.
On a chest radiograph, a right-sided aortic arch can be seen as a "double aortic knob" or "C-shaped" appearance of the aorta.
