Case Discussion
Right-sided aortic arch is a type of aortic arch variant characterised by the aortic arch coursing to the right of the trachea.
The two most common patterns are the right-sided aortic arch with mirror image branching (type I) and the right-sided aortic arch with the aberrant left subclavian artery (type II), which may be accompanied by Kommerell diverticulum.
