Right early subacute subdural haematoma with blood trackling into right temporal extraaxial arachnoid cyst.
Case Discussion
Right temporal arachnoid cyst with intracystic haemorrahge is seen. An associated right sided extraaxial subacute subdural haematoma is seen.The case was managed by evacuation and decompression.
