A well defined fluid density lesion seen in the left side of the neck. It appears T2 hyper-intense, not suppressed on fat saturated images and appears relatively isointense to hyperintense on T1. The lesion is seen at the carotid bifurcation level. There appears to be relatively T2 hyper-intense communication extending inferiorly towards the mediastinum.
