Case Discussion
Shoulder (or humeral head) resurfacing arthroplasty is a treatment option for degenerative shoulders isolated to the humeral side of the glenohumeral joint, e.g. large Hill-Sachs lesions, avascular necrosis, malunited proximal humeral fractures. This patient had a history of subchondral insufficiency fracture leading to humeral head collapse.
