Humeral head resurfacing prosthesis is well positioned with no evidence of orthopedic hardware failure or complication. Degenerate changes of the inferior glenohumeral joint with subchondral sclerosis of the glenoid is unchanged. Cortical pitting of the greater tuberosity. Minor degenerative changes of the acromioclavicular joint.
