Simple bone cyst of the proximal humerus

There is a defiable, lytic lesion with a fluid-fluid level (best seen on axial images and likely due to hemorrahge) which involves diaphyses and metaphyses of the left humerus. Evidence of cortical irregularity is seen as suggestive of pathologic fracture.
Case Discussion
MRI features with the age of the patient are more in favor of a simple bone cyst involving the left humerus with pathological fracture as described above.
