Atrophied submandibular and parotid glands with multicystic pattern within.
Case Discussion
Ultrasound features of atrophied salivary glands (parotid and submandibular glands) with multicystic changes are characteristic of Sjögren syndrome.
Follow-up is mandatory in such case due to the high risk of developing a malignant lymphoma.
