A 15 x 7 mm defect is seen at right abdominal wall, between the lateral border of rectus abdominis muscle and semilunar line, through the transversus abdominis aponeurosis, close to the level of the arcuate line; accompanied with herniation of some mesenteric fat.
Case Discussion
Typical appearance of Spigelian hernia, also known as lateral ventral hernia, which is a type of abdominal hernia along the semilunar line, resulting in herniation between the muscles of the abdominal wall.
