Neck stiffness and pain, left upper limb pain for 4 months.

Intradural extramedullary well-defined mass lesion at the level of C4-C7 compressing the spinal cord anteriorly and to the right side. Postcontrast avid enhancement with dural tail sign is evident.
Compressive myelopathic changes are evident.
