CT scan shows a splenic artery aneurysm, with no sign of complication.

Case Discussion

Most splenic artery aneurysms are asymptomatic or produce non-specific symptoms (abdominal pain, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, etc.), so they are diagnosed by incidental imaging studies.
