Large tumour in a barrel-shapedA large mass infiltrates the cervix appearing as an inhomogeneous mass owinguteri and shows heterogeneous enhancement due to necrosis in venous and delayed phasesinternal cystic/ necrotic components. Right adrenalThere is no sign of local invasion to adjacent structures. 

A small nodule is noted in the right adrenal gland that shows rapid contrast washout, most consistent with benign adenoma. 

The gallbladder is not seen due to prior resection.

NGT is inserted, and the distal end is located within the gastric antrum.
