Mild to moderate diffuse atrophy. Hyopdense defect left frontal lobe with the relatively hyperdense appearance of the gyri suggesting laminar necrosis, with some oedema/swelling in the precentral gyrus.
Cysts in the posterior right temporal/parietal lobe junction and bilateral occipital lobes with small calcification. Small left frontal calcification without cyst. Old infarct involving the superior left cerebellum with volume loss.
Case Discussion
Patient presenting with subacute left frontal infarct and incidental findings of the vesicular stage of neurocysticercosis.
