Acute subarachnoid haemorrhage along the right and left Sylvain sulci, right central sulcus, and all basal cisterns also extending to lateral, 3rd, and 4th ventricles with resultant dilatation of the lateral ventricles.
Case Discussion
Hypertension is a known risk factor for subarachnoid haemorrhage. The case is graded as grade 4 subarachnoid haemorrhage according to the Fisher scale.
