Reversal of the flow of the vertebral artery is observed, taking the same direction of flow of the vertebral vein.
Case Discussion
Both the vertebral artery and vertebral vein showing the same direction of flow (craniocaudal). This finding is compatible with the ipsilateral subclavian artery steal syndrome, generating inversion of vertebral artery flow.
