Presentation

Right submandibular pain and swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 30-year-old
Gender: Male

An oval shaped radiodense stone is seen within the distal portion of the right submandibular (Wharton) duct, It measures about 0.9 cm, with mild proximal dilatation of the proximal duct and central intra-glandular ducts (sialectasis).

The right submandibular is mildly enlarged (compared to the left side), with homogeneous CT density. 

Multiple enlarged deep cervical lymph nodes.
