Supracondylar fracture with posteromedial displacement and joint effusion (elevated posterior fat pad). No soft tissue interposition seen.
Case Discussion
This case represents type IIIa supracondylar fractures of the humerus according to Gartland classification. Prompt surgical management was recommended, by closed reduction and percutaneous pinning.
