Soft tissue shadows show calcified shadows overlapping the greater tuberosity at the AP view, which became separated at the internal rotation view.
Case Discussion
An adult male presented with the non-traumatic origin of right shoulder pain. X-ray shows calcification near the greater tuberosity. The likely diagnosis is calcific tendinitis of the rotator cuff.
