There is an impacted fracture of the talar neck, with associated soft tissue hematoma.

Cortical lucency along the anteromedial cortex of the left femoral diaphysis is favored benign, likely a fibrous cortical defect

Case Discussion

Talar neck fractures are often the result of high energy mechanisms such as motorbike accidents. They have a high association with early post operative complications.
