Ultrasound confirmed a unilateral, right, undescended testis within the inguinal canal.
The left testis is normally descended.
Bilateral testicular microlithiasis, with the comet tail artefact especially on the left.

The cine loop demonstrates the extensive left testicular microlithiasis and associated comet tail artefact.
Case Discussion
Diffuse testicular microlithiasis, left greater than the right. The right testis is further undescended.
The comet tail artefact is well appreciated in the cine loop.
