History of blunt chest injury due to road traffic accident 6 months back.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Abnormal opacity in the left lung lower zone communicating with the abdominal cavity through a central translucent area.

Discontinuity of the left hemi-diaphragm and herniation of the gastric body to the left hemithorax.
