Multiple subependymal small focal nodules along the ventricular walls. No abnormal enhancement could be elcicited. No MRI abnormalities elicited near the foramen of Munro.
Numerous scattered white matter abnormalities being high on FLAIR and T2 and iso (some low on T1). They show no enhancement on the post contrast enhancement. Linear bands are seen radiating from the left periventricular white matter to the subcortical region matching with Radial band sign that is thought to be specific for tuberous sclerosis.

Coronal flair sequence with left radial band sign characteristic of tuberous sclerosis.
Case Discussion
Known case of tuberous sclerosis showing characteristic subependymal tubers with linear white matter bands with no radiologic signs of activity. Tuberous sclerosis (Bourneville-Pringle disease) is considered one of the phakomatosis.
