Secondary infertility.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

Hysterosalpingogram

Fluoroscopy

The uterus is normal in shape without evidence of congenital abnormalities.

The endometrial cavity is well-filled with contrast material with no filling defects.

The left fallopian tube is visualised, and normal spillage of contrast is noted at its fimbrial end.

A complete block in the proximal of the right fallopian tube without contrast spillage into the pelvic spaces.

Case Discussion

This hysterosalpingogram demonstrates a right-sided complete proximal fallopian tubal block in a 35 years female with secondary infertility without a clear history of surgery or miscarriage.
