Presentation
The patient presented with non-specific abdominal pain. They reported their last menstrual cycle being 3 weeks prior and did not consent to beta-hCG testing.

There is a third trimester fetus with a cephalic presentation in the abdominopelvic region. Complete visualization of the fetal skull, spine, and limbs is present with no gross radiographic abnormality.

After the initial scout image was obtained, the referring physician was contacted and the remainder of the abdominal study was canceled.
