Diffuse subcutaneus edema of right upper arm.
Thrombosed cephalic vein in deltopectoral groove, thrombosed basilic vein in medial aspect of arm. thrombosed subclavian, internal jugular and external jugular veins.
Conclusion:
Cellulitis of right upper limb with thrombosis of superficial and deep veins.

Large thrombus in right main pulmonary artery with dilated right sided cardiac chambers, IVC and hepatic veins. CT venography of the upper limbs and neck showed thrombosis of right internal and external jugular veins and proximal brachial and subclavian veins.
