Body was changed:

This single image was acquired at the time of nephrostomy tube insertion for pyonephrosis.

The appearances are in keeping with ureteritis cystica.

This is often associated with an underlying chronic infection.  In In this instance, tuberculosis is strongly suspected although not proven on urine cytology to date.  Ureteroscopy Ureteroscopy and biopsy to be performed in due course.
