An abnormally dilated distal-most left ureter herniating into the urinary bladder lumen demonstrating a fluid-contrast level.
No evidence of urolithiasis or duplex kidney.
Case Discussion
This case is characteristic of an intravesical ureterocele occurring at the normal vesicoureteric junction usually seen in adults.
