Dilatation of the distal ureter is noted bilaterally surrounded by a thin lucent line resembling a cobra head sign.
The left kidney shows a duplex pelvicalyceal system.
Case Discussion
The cobra head sign is an indicator of an uncomplicated ureterocele.
