Presentation

Hematuria and dysuria.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Two small hyperechogenic structures are observed that measure 3 and 4 mm respectively within the proximal urethra.

The uterus is not visible, a history of hysterectomy.
