Multiple outpouchings are seen arising from urinary bladder wall. Associated prostatomegaly with median lobe hypertophy narrowing bladder outlet. Secondary back pressure changes seen in both kidneys.
Case Discussion
Multiple bladder outpouchings are an important cause for retained urine post voiding. The harbouring of urine is invitation of repetitive urinary tract infections and even stone formation. The developing bladder outlet obstruction secondary to prostatomegaly just compounds the back pressure changes.
