Edema in the upper half of the T12 vertebral body with mild loss of height at the superior endplate.
Disc bulging at L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels.
Vertebral hemangioma at T11.
Lumbar spine degenerative changes as multilevel endplate sclerosis and marginal osteophyte formation.

Acute compression fracture of T12 vertebra without retropulsion.
