Recent history of hysterectomy and discharge of urine through vagina.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

CECT abdomen and pelvis

Tiny defect in the urinary bladder wall and adjacent vaginal wall with excreted contrast going from the urinary bladder lumen into the vagina, suggestive of vesicovaginal fistula.
