There is a heterogeneously enhancing mass with multiple cystic components involving the right cerebellopontine angle and the right internal auditory canal.  The mass exerts mass effect on the adjacent brain stem and the cerebellum with attenuation and leftward displacement of the fourth ventricle. Besides, the mass compresses the root entry zone and the cisternal portion of the right trigeminal nerve. The main bulk of the mass measures 4 x 2.6 cm in its axial diameters and 2.6 cm in its craniocaudal diameter.

Case Discussion

Findings are consistent with a larger right cerebellopontine angle and right internal auditory canal vestibular schwannoma with compression of the adjacent trigeminal nerve.
