Left ejaculatory duct obstruction with cystic dilatation of the left seminal vesicle and vas deferens. Left ureterocele is seen, possibly opening into the dilated left seminal vesicle. These are hyperintense on T1 suggesting haemorrhagic / proteinaceous contents.
Case Discussion
Overall findings are suggestive of Zinner syndrome.
