Dr Raihanah Haroon completed her undergraduate training in a twinning programme between Royal College Surgeon Ireland (RCSI) and Penang Medical College (PMC) in mid 2012 and began her career by pursuing her housemanship training in Hospital Kuala Lumpur, the biggest government tertiary referral hospital in Asia in July 2012. She subsequently worked in Klinik Kesihatan Masai in Johor and gained various experiences in primary care. She then took a leap of faith by enrolling herself in Master of Medicine (Radiology) programme in 2016 and joined International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) to pursue her dream in diagnostic imaging cum lecturer, of which she managed to complete in 2020. She underwent interventional radiology attachment at Hospital Sungai Buloh which is one of the national neurointerventional centre. She is currently a gazetting radiologist in Radiology Department, Kulliyyah of Medicine (IIUM) and practises in Sultan Ahmad Shah Medical Centre (SASMEC), Kuantan, Pahang.
